Help & support

We aim to support you at every stage of your journey with Conquest, from initial discussions with our Sales team through to online support through the software’s Knowledge Base.

Partnership

Conquest Planning is a Canadian fintech company with a mission to make financial advice easier to deliver and more accessible for individuals. Established in 2018, Conquest Planning was founded by a team of fintech veterans with a strong track record in the financial planning software market stretching back over 30 years. Indeed, the founders successfully brought a financial planning product to the Canadian market in the 1990s (Navi Plan).

Building on their thorough understanding of the financial planning software market, Conquest Planning is introducing state-of-the-art technology – which incorporates Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) – to the UK independent financial advice market. This flexible technology will allow advisory firms to deliver quality financial advice more efficiently to their clients.

Fidelity International Strategic Ventures is a shareholder in Conquest Planning, with a seat on the Board and associated governance rights. Fidelity Adviser Solutions has partnered with Conquest Planning to become the exclusive distributor of the technology to the UK IFA market. Fidelity plan to integrate the software into the Fidelity Adviser Solutions service in the future.

Firms will enter into a contract with Conquest Financial Planning. As part of the arrangement between Fidelity and Conquest, Fidelity will provide first line service support to users of the Conquest software. We will also manage the pricing and billing processes.

There are two levels of support. Fidelity Adviser Solutions will deliver 1st line support. However, Conquest Planning will offer a 2nd Line of support if needed.

The cost for using the software is dependent on how many plans are created on an annual basis and not an annual subscription. The fixed cost per plan will reduce depending on how many plans you commit to creating in a calendar year.

One of the main benefits from this pricing structure is the cost per plan includes all members of a household, so for example, if you created a plan for one adult on 1 January, this would trigger the annual fee for that plan. You can then add another adult, and children to the plan within the calendar year without additional costs.
